JUC Inc. has a corporate philosophy where the customer comes first. This philosophy made it possible to grow our customer base to 127,000 customers around the world within 10 years. We provide the best service and solutions to our customers in many different ways.

A large stock of around 3,500 vehicles ensures ready availability of an enormous variety of high-quality vehicles which can be shipped within the shortest possible time.

Our auction systems (both USS and AUC-Net groups) provide access to over 90,000 vehicles per week while offering competitive prices in both commission and logistics.

JUC Inc. has been steadily investing millions of dollars into its infrastructure to create unmatched logistical services that now include dismantling, mechanical repairs, body repairs, maintenance, pre-shipment inspection, partial and complete paint work done in a professional paint booth, an in-house container loading terminal capable of loading 2,190 containers per year, large capacity for RORO shipping (roll on / roll off), its own land used as parking lots, its own guest apartments and a team of highly skilled specialists. As a result JUC Inc. became the only export company in Japan that can offer a one-stop solution: you can not only purchase the vehicles but also handle vehicle-related logistical work in one place.

Our infrastructure

Inland transportation

We pick up vehicles and commercial goods quickly and cost-effectively using our own fleet and partner transporters. This gives us flexibility on delivery. We also have a specialized sports-car carrier for vehicles with low suspension.

Parking lots

JUC Inc. owns parking areas with video surveillance so purchased vehicles are watched and kept secure 24 hours a day. The lots sit next to our main facility, which keeps logistics efficient. For large-volume shipping we can deliver cars directly to port parking lots for immediate shipping.

Container loading terminal

We have invested in our container loading facility to keep logistics efficient and costs down. We are one of the few companies in Japan with exporter and customs licences to load containers directly at our yard. Loading at the yard without customs officers on site reduces cost and time. After the upgrade we can load 2 containers at once, with a daily capacity of 6 loaded containers. We can load more cars into a container than typical competitors, and we offer mixed loading: in addition to 4–5 cars we can load other goods or another 2 dismantled cars, so shipping for these extras is free. The port is 15 minutes from our yard. A fleet of 5 forklifts, a mobile crane and licensed specialists cover the loading work customers request.

Professional painting facility

We have a professional automatic painting booth for partial or complete paint work. The booth maintains temperature so work can run year-round and finish faster. The service is available on request for customers who want to renew paint on older vehicles or do a complete repaint in the same or a different colour. A paint mixing machine prepares paint to original factory standard, which saves time on paint jobs.

Professional body frame straightening facility

This facility is useful if you buy less expensive damaged cars and want to ship them RORO (roll on / roll off). The car needs to be drivable so it can be driven onto the vessel. With our frame straightening equipment we can make the car drivable quickly and cost-effectively, which can reduce shipping cost. We can also do a complete repair, including body work and professional paint. This may also help customers who need JVEC, ITS or BIVAK inspections, where body and paint condition must be close to perfect.

Pre-shipping inspection facility

Pre-shipment inspection is a core part of our model. From day one we have worked to ship vehicles from Japan in the best possible condition so they can be driven after arrival. Over the years we have invested in inspection facilities and computer diagnostics. Inspection is conducted by our licensed mechanics.

Satellite auction systems

We invested in IT so we can cover auctions across Japan. With our satellite auction system we have access to over 120 auctions nationwide (USS Group, AUC-net, I-AUC, Yahoo, salvage auctions), covering over 90,000 vehicles per week — from brand-new Lexus models to cars around 100 USD that are suitable for parts. Customers can purchase from our offices: market rules mean you may buy one car out of ten chosen within budget, so visiting 10 remote auctions in person would not be efficient.

Guest apartments and utilities

JUC Inc. is one of the few companies that owns apartments on company grounds for customers and staff. Regular customers can use a furnished two-room apartment free of charge — convenient for buyers who want to purchase cars in person. Some customers also bring staff to oversee dismantling and container loading. Guests can use the corporate gym on the premises. A large department store with a grocery shop is around the corner. Because we operate around the clock, there is a canteen on site.
